These terms cover your use of socialrevolutionevents.com and the text messages we send. The site is run by Social Revolution LLC, an Oregon limited liability company that operates Social Revolution, a private event venue in Tualatin, Oregon. By using the site or agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these terms.
Text message terms
When you give us your phone number on our date request form and tick the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Social Revolution about your inquiry and your event. These can include replies to your questions, date availability, tour and event details, and reminders.
How often we text depends on your inquiry and your event. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking the venue.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more. If you want texts again later, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email debbe@dchomespdx.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Inquiries are not bookings
Sending a date request through this site doesn't reserve the venue or commit you to anything. A date is only booked once you and Social Revolution have signed an event agreement and any deposit it requires has been paid. That agreement, not this page, sets the terms of your event, including pricing, payment, cancellation and rules for using the property.
Using the site
Please give us accurate information when you use our forms, and don't use the site to send spam or anything unlawful. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.
Photos and content
The photographs, text and logo on this site belong to Social Revolution LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first. Some images on the site have been edited to show decor that was added digitally, and we say so where that applies.
Accuracy
We try to keep what the site says about the venue, capacity and services correct, but details can change. Your event agreement is the final word on what is included.
Limits on our liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Social Revolution LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss that comes from using this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Oregon law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Changes
If anything here changes, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
