This policy explains what information Social Revolution LLC collects through socialrevolutionevents.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Social Revolution LLC is an Oregon limited liability company that runs Social Revolution, a private event venue in Tualatin, Oregon. Where this page says "we" or "us," it means Social Revolution LLC.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to type into the forms on this site.
- When you request a date, we collect your name, email address, and phone number if you give one. We also collect what you tell us about the occasion, such as whether it is a wedding or a retreat, the dates you want, the number of guests, and any notes.
- When you sign up for venue updates, we collect your name and email address.
- If you tick the box agreeing to calls and text messages, we record that you agreed and when.
Like most websites, the servers that host this site keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. We use those logs to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, check whether your date is open, and plan your event with you.
- To send the venue updates you signed up for. Each email has a link to unsubscribe.
- To call or text you about your inquiry or event, only if you agreed to that on the form.
- To keep records of bookings and payments, and to meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Social Revolution about your inquiry and your event. Messages may include replies to your questions, availability, tour and event details, and reminders. How often we text depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of booking the venue.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We don't sell, rent or trade your phone number or your text message consent to anyone.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the venue and this website, such as the providers that host the site, store our customer records, and send our emails and text messages. They may use your information only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests and property.
Measurement tools
We may use advertising and measurement tools, such as those from Meta, to understand how visitors find the site and whether our ads work. These tools can use cookies or similar technology in your browser. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. It doesn't need cookies to show you anything.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our tax and legal obligations. You can email us at any time to have your information deleted, and we'll do it unless the law says we have to keep it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop venue updates.
- Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
This site is for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
